Privacy Policy
Unfayr (“we”, “us”) builds landing pages for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect on unfayr.com, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you request a call, we collect your name, your work email and, if you add it, the address of your website or landing page.
- Technical details sent with the form. Our form provider records your IP address, browser type and the page you came from with each submission, mainly to filter spam.
- How the site is used. We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record things like the pages you view, the buttons you click, roughly where you are (city level), your device type, and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as payment details or health data through this site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange your call.
- To review the page you share with us before the call.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve them.
- To keep the site and form secure and free of spam.
Who helps us
We share information only with the services that run this site for us, and only for the purposes above:
- Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
- Google provides Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads conversion measurement, and the email inbox where we receive your request.
These providers process data under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
How long we keep it
We keep call requests for as long as we're in touch about working together, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless you become a client, in which case we keep what we need to run the project and meet our legal and tax obligations. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have further rights, such as data portability or the right to complain to a regulator. Email hello@unfayr.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
